Dd   My friend told me that I was chronically hung over for 3 years. It was a strange thing to hear early on when you’re focused on recovering. I didn’t get upset. He was right. Cc   C is for CRASH. I spent years crashing day after day. I wouldn’t be going to sleep , I would crash. Then I would “Come to”.    Today’s favorite, CONFIDENT I work towards being confident in my manners, actions and thoughts. B is for Better

Bb   B is  for Better. How can I do better today? All I have to be is a little better than I was yesterday.    On the other side, bitter is one that I seek to avoid. At all costs, I don’t fare well with a bitter taste in my mouth.  It sends me elsewhere, to a land I don’t really need to be in. What do you do about that?    I know I can work on being present.
